Plus I find if kids are taught to be responsible it become a habit and will not be such a struggle later. If you really don't have time please, please let your requirements known and compensate accordingly or have some type of incentive attractive for your nanny to be able to decide you are worth working for. I'm telling you this makes a big difference.  If you cant afford it please help out. [/quote]
