I wouldn't hire a fat woman either. Yes I will make assumptions and assume she can not keep up, as most can't. But it is my choice, if it bites me in the behind, then lesson learned. My choice, my consequence and will just hire a new nanny---but since I don't worry about that since I have a pretty amazing nanny, if I ever did this then it would work for the best or I'd learned from my judgment.  Crucify me all you want, I don't care. I have a nanny whom I love and care for and does an awesome job with the kids. She didn't just claim she was healthy, she has demonstrated this and thus my kids have learned to like a lot of healthy foods, my kids love sports so we're good :). As for the big nannies, you can deny all you want or make an excuse and shame the OP. All you really need to do, is loo at yourself before you blame someone else for your short coming...you could have avoided getting as big as you did, and now you expect sympathy! Get real! [/quote]
