She'd get a slap on the wrist bc if its a prescription she wouldn't have enough to get a high charge, ie intent to distribute. And how is she getting caught anyway? There's no proof! Throw away the bottle. Done. I keep multiple types of pills in a pill box and none of the prescription bottles and there's no harm in that.
