An additional $10/hr for each additional child, irrespective of whether they are in school because the nanny is responsible for all children after school, sick days, closure for bad weather. So for 3 kids, $50/hr and $75 OT. I am not a nanny but this is a fair price for all the qualities you require a nanny to have. If you want excellence, pay for it. If you cannot afford this, or are too cheap, then put your kids in day care. [/quote]
