[/quote] Woah, I'll finish reading in a minute, but you shouldn't have to manage your nanny at all much less for 50 hrs. They should be able to manage themselves. So maybe you just don't have a nanny with experience to earn rates closer to.$30/hr OR they are just not the same caliber and the quality of care is so low that they can't/shouldn't earn higher. You should just be able to hand off your child(ren) and get them back at the end of the day and know that they were in the best care possible outside of you. [/quote]
