Run away from this job.
And run to what? All the wealthy families (best pay, best benefits) have cameras all over the house and property.
+1. Same with most jobs, stores, restaurants and city streets.
The difference...multiple people. There is something very creepy about you being the only person watched by another person.
Yeah... no. I’m a nanny and I encourage cameras. I’m not the person the parents are watching, the baby is. Currently, I work for high profile parents in Los Angeles and there are cameras all over - inside and out. Security guards are always watching the monitors. I’ve never worked for any family that didn’t have cameras.
Yeah and you are with the baby. So guess what, they are watching you too.
Seriously, so what? If they were home they’d see me with the baby too. Honestly, I am so tired of this discussion. I work really hard with my charge and want my employers to see. If you don’t - don’t work for people with cameras.
If you are so tired of this discussion, then stop posting about how much you love cameras. You post the same thing like it’s impressive. It’s not. No normal person wants to be videotaped while working in a home alone. If you work as hard as you claim with your charge, then that will actually show through your charge. A camera isn’t needed for that. I don’t work with cameras or for people who would hire me to work in their home and then not trust me. My work speaks for itself.
I have to agree with the nanny who likes cameras. But if you don’t then don’t take jobs that have them. I, too, am tired of the same argument.
Then don’t post or respond about it. It’s amazing how hard that is right?
You’re a low end nanny who is on her phone all the time. You aren’t fooling anyone.
If that makes you feel better about yourself then go with that. No one is making you respond if you are unhappy about a topic and yet here you are. You want to take offense bc I don’t work with cameras but guess what, I get to go into work and not worry about being watched or micromanaged. I’m not desperate to prove how hard I work bc my work speaks for itself. Some nannies just don’t know how to pick good families to work for. Sounds like you’re one of those nannies.
MB here and not a nanny. You are low-end and I would never trust you. You’re on DCUM way too often and clearly hate cameras because you are on your phone. Your near constant posts speak for themselves.
