Really, I had I think two, maybe three nannies growing up.  I cannot remember them for the life of me and I hated as a teen they'd visit every once in a while as I didn't remember them and had no attachment.  My parents would try to get us to engage, hug, all that and it was uncomfortable.  They were caretakers but they didn't replace my parents, grandparents or other family.[/quote]
