The employer would never have tolerated a "foolish lack of awareness" on the nanny's part nor did she treat the nanny with respect and decency.  It works both ways.[/quote]

My nanny loves to take photos and video, including some of us and the kids. I’ve had to remind her a few times that we value our privacy. I don’t fire her because I’ve learned that acting out of anger usually leads to less-than-desirable outcomes. Sounds like OP needs to line up a new job and give notice due to her overall dissatisfaction with the job. [/quote]
