Your "blended" rates, your "average" rates, and whatever other creative financing terminology you can whip up, is nothing but an effort to fool the nanny into thinking you're paying more than you are.

Exactly. Every time your weekly hours fluctuate a bit, you have to recalculate your entire devious "blended" pay rate. It's totally asinine. I've seen this nonsense promoted by certain shady nanny agencies. Shame on them.[/quote]
