I trust nanny NOT to abuse and neglect my child and protect them from general harm

I do not trust nanny to be 100% focused on my child, to not take long phone calls, to be on her phone throughout the day, etc. So I do what I can to eliminate some of these issues.[/quote]

Why is your expectation 100% focus constantly? That's ridiculous and what's led you down this crazy road. No one focusses on anything constantly for hours at a time, and that includes your precious snowflake. You seriously need to chill out or parenthood is going to kill you. [/quote]
