I think using cameras to try and catch a nanny doing wrong is a gamble I don't think any reasonable parent should take. Why wait for a questionable person to harm, or otherwise neglect your child? Should you have the misfortune of hiring a shady person, they will be immediately accountable b/c they know they're being watched. On the other hand, I support cameras so that there is documentation about how I treat the child. I am a trustworthy person, and God forbid I ever work for a crazy person that wants to make false accusations against me if ever the relationship went sour. I suggest You quit your job  and raise your child ... I stop working I raise my  daughter three and half years and after that I start working what's wrong with that ??if you got much love  no need to worry about it to spend money for the camera and go nuts why bothering with Others I'm just saying !![/quote]
