I thought you said something about high comp rate... That is not that high. WTF are you talking about?? I have live out. I have paid anywhere from 16 to 22 per hour, similar benefits. My 22 hr nanny left me too. She was in her 50's with a high schooler. She said she wanted to go to school full time for a second career when her son went to college. So you explain why my 22 /hr nanny left me when I am doing everything you said since you have all the answers.[/quote]
