I would like to know if OP followed through with reporting.
Most nanny groups on Facebook are private so it is up to the members to report inappropriate behavior.

OP here. Followed through on reporting what? I always report photos to FB. If I know the parents (i do not in this particular case) I always alert them as well. Some time ago, when I reported photos posted in the two nanny groups, there was an outcry. I identified myself as the culprit and explained why I thought the picture was inappropriate and 30 seconds later I'd been removed from the group (it happened on two separate occasions). I'm no longer privy to their pictures but I hope someone else has taken up the mantle and is sending any naked child photos to FB for review.
