As an MB I have turned down nannies who have babies at home. I felt so badly to do it - and like such a hypocrite. At the same time, I can't have a set up of dominoes where in the Nanny's baby gets sick...then nanny stays home... then I stay home etc. I just can't. So I didn't hire several nannies based on this alone. [/quote]
