We don't get paid maternity leave. Our job may or may not be protected during the 12 weeks the government allows. The OP offered the nanny her PT job back after she had the baby. The nanny wanted to substantially change the job, from PT to FT. Why do you think she is entitled to change her job hours without consent of her employer?[/quote]
