No matter how weird, they have decided what their house rules are. We don't know why they chose those rules and we can't assume it is about trusting a nanny with their food. It doesn't matter. They have their rules. The nanny knew about those rules. She broke them and lied to them by not telling them before they discovered it. The issue is the lying nanny, who came back here, changing her story like a troll. That said, if you could never work for a family who would have an issue with you eating their food...good for you. You will likely find a family who will provide that perk. It's pretty common.[/quote]
