Were most MBs to stick to your qualifications, we would all be out a job. The nature of nanny care is very different than it used to be 20 years ago, and it is a viable and valid option for many families now (even the ones who don't make enough to pay a nanny $60,000 a year with full benefits and $1,000 bonuses every year). Be grateful for what you have and stop trying to tell other people what to do and to impose some sort of arbitrary rules on an industry that is completely unregulated.
