Happy With Current Position & Pay?: yes. I've had so far 5 weeks+ paid vacation even though my contract says 2.. They e gone away for every school break. And they've paid me without question for that and anything else that's come up- my dad died in sept and I missed time but they still paid me. I don't get ot but I'm ok with that bc it goes both ways- sometimes they're a little late, sometimes I am. I'm happy financially 100%. I should also mention I didn't negotiate pay, this is what was offered to me and I took it.[/quote]
