I second/third this. I would want to know as well.  .  Don't provide the full name, you can give the initials or the first name and last name initial, plus a sentence or two describing the person and what happened.  I would probably say something like this

'Anyone hired a new nanny this week with initials ___? She's about 5'5" with brown hair.  Just wanted to give a warning that this was our nanny the last year and she ghosted us recently despite being paid in advance.  Feel free to reach out to me privately if you would like additional details.'[/quote]
