[/quote] I’m very, very flexible about what goes into my contract. However, I make it crystal clear that we’re not going to add tasks willy-nilly, unless we’re also adding more compensation, unless the schedule is freeing up those hours as well. I’ve NEVER had an issue with my employers pushing boundaries, but that’s likely because we have a great contract.[/quote]
