What about on the weekends? How common is it for AP to get up with the kids on either Saturday or Sunday AM? (Wouldn’t ask for both) And then occasionally work a weekend evening too after getting up at 7/730, working a few hours then back on for evening? Just trying to figure out how this all works. TIA
If you have AP work Saturday morning, Saturday night, then possibly Sunday morning, when is their 1.5 consecutive day off?
PP said:
either Saturday or Sunday AM? (Wouldn’t ask for both)
. But I guess you decided to ignore that part. Anyway, 1.5 consecutive day off doesn't have to be on the weekend. If she works Saturday AM and PM and she gets off Sunday and Monday morning, it is all good!
Most HP have the AP work all weekdays. Most, not all. Which is why I asked, because they might be willing/able to do 1.5 consecutive (which is what is required for most agencies). It could feasibly be Friday afternoon-Saturday night off, Sunday morning through Monday afternoon, or during weekdays. I understand .5 day to be no more than 5 hours worked the rest of the day (because otherwise it’s shifting hours earlier or later, not giving a half day off).
