Sounds like you need to sit nanny down and see if she’s still interested (I know I wouldn’t be!), and if so, renegotiate pay, hours, and duties.[/quote] Well, it wouldn’t matter if you would be interested because your boss has to keep your hours and duties exactly the same for as long as you’d like to continue working for them, no matter if their needs change, right? ?????[/quote]
