The agencies Cherry picks who goes to the ludicrous jobs interviews. If you have blue eyes and blond hair yes you will be considered but no I am black. And like I previously said the good paying parents want their kids with certain people. So ladies unless I settled for nanny share I was never going to make $30/h with one family hence why I left altogether.
