I’ve visited countless employers offices with ping pong tables and nap rooms.  I know many white collar office workers who spend 2 hours at lunch on Fridays seeing a movie.

Totally agree! Just look at the audacity of the ads on care.com...people are looking for full time care with housekeeping and want to pay $10-$15 an hour. [/quote]
