She also said the infant cries when the car stops, ergo no stopping.

Frankly, the issue is that OP needs to train BOTH children (obviously not the infant... yet...),  but she won’t.  She just wants to hear that the nanny was horrible for quitting without notice (can’t blame her!), and/or she needs verification that no nanny can handle this (several of us have said it’s doable), so she feels better about hiding two separate nannies.[/quote]
