?  I am a much older nanny (62) and I easily walk three miles a day and haven't been sick once in the last 12 months.  I run after a two-year-old ten hours a day, five days a week.

This. I'm the PP with a share where we did this and our nanny was 60. I think she was sick two days in two years. If the nanny is ill enough that she can't walk, she probably should not be caring for small children that day, either. It's not known for being relaxing. :/[/quote]
