[/quote] OP piece of advice - assuming you're going to want to keep your nanny, I would discuss these other things with them, as you will likely want the nanny to take on additional duties like cooking when your child gets older. I'd be pretty unhappy if I had a baby nanny who then refused to cook for my kid once they started eating solids.[/quote]
