Unless NYE falls within her working hours, the way in which your nanny chooses to spend her NYE is at her discretion. Whether that’s going out, staying home, or working for another family at a better rate, it’s up to her. You’re just mad because you know that if you had to resort to the free market, you’d be paying way more than you pay her, since during NYE, babysitting is at a premium. [/quote]
