Im an employer and know the law.[/quote] As long as you structure the contract so that the employee is always making minimum wage -- even for the hours that must be paid OT (so 1.5x the minimum wage for the OT hours in the longest week), it's legal. Contract is a bit complicated to spell out, but can be done.[/quote] Banking hours is not legal. You have to be paid for every hour worked. And you have to be paid OT for hours over 40. You cannot be paid in time Off.[/quote]
