Do parents have to compromise on their nanny choices?[/quote] that's pretty standard, basic nanny stuff so just keep interviewing until you find someone you click with. some families in our neighborhood used WHite House Nannies since they didn't have the time or desire to shift through references, meetings, calls, emails, etc. [/quote]
