Hiring a nanny really is rarely cheaper than daycare (at least for one kid).  Have you looked into in-home daycares?  We have friends who have had excellent experiences and have paid much less than at a center.  Also a nanny share for 2 infants might involve your portion being around $10/hour.  That seems quite reasonable to me.  [/quote]
