When a parent makes it clear that they do not intend to abide by that agreement, YES that is a hill worth dying on. What is the point of the contract if she just lets them decide what they want to follow and what they want to ignore?[/quote] If this were a federal holiday or a scheduled school closing, I'd agree with you but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect her to go in on a day she was scheduled to work had there not been a snow storm.[/quote] Why, if her contract says that snow days follow the school closings???
