Warm an active  family seeking part time nanny  for 5 children ages newborn, 2, 4,7, and 16.

Required hours are M/W/F  noon to 7:00 pm  each week with the exception of  major holidays and family vacations.

We are offering a salary of $450 per week.

It is not required, but preference will be given to candidates that can work occasional morning and evening extended hours. An extended hour schedule will be provided and nanny will be compensated for additional hours worked outside of normal schedule.

Nanny should be at least 30 years of age with solid work experience caring for  children of the ages listed and be able to provide 3 to 5 references.

Nanny  should be able to drive possess an unrestricted license , and be able to provide proof of a clean driving record. We will provide a vehicle and seats for working hours. Nanny will be expected to pick up  middle child from area preschool.

Housekeeping is not required, but nanny should be willing to serve prepared meals and wipe up spills, and supervise kids with clean up.

Nanny should have experience working with emotionally high needs children, positive discipline, and be open to  learning management techniques from parents.
We also need someone who is able to run around in the backyard or playground, doesn't mind playing in mud, dressing up babydolls, building legos, helping with homework, or discussing Star Wars ad nauseum.

Nanny should be capable of working independently, but comfortable working with mother in the home, as the children's mother will be present.

We are looking to have nanny hired and working end of March, so we  are all comfortable together before the arrival of our new baby in May.
