Also, it is not my job to come up with activities for the nanny to do so she doesn't get bored.  That is her job.  Of course I will provide passes to the zoo et al, and I might sign my daughter up for classes that I pay for or suggest a library story time, but it is her job to set up play dates with the other moms and nannies waiting around at preschool pick up and drop off and to pick up the flyer at the library when she is there.  This absolutely sounds like a word of mouth thing, and I am willing to bet that it's not listed on the church's website.  [/quote]
