The hours are guaranteed. 50 guarantees at $10/hr.

It doesn't matter if she does!  I'm the PP that had a 1k/week salary, either way it's legal, and if the nanny wants to do it, because she gets paid well to not do anything most weeks during school hours, what business is it of yours?![/quote]
