I have found it extremely difficult to find an educated and experienced nanny! I am offered between $20 and $25 an hour and still have found nothing but flakes. My sister has the world's greatest nanny and she agrees that finding a nanny who simply isn't on her phone all the time is a challenge. My advice to OP - just let it go, OP. Your MB is probably embarrassed and it does no good to embarrass your boss any further. I know - I have an asshole boss. [/quote]
