Sure...  or you could have asked your nanny to please clean up after the kid's are finished.  But that would have involved conversations so you're right - your new solution is much, much better since all parties seem so terribly immature.

BTW, as a nanny I would love to cook for my charges!  Make sure this is a real punishment for your nanny - God forbid she actually loves it.

I am a nanny who already posted that your nanny should clean up after your kids finish eating.  But this new comment of your is so stunningly immature and passive aggressive that I have switched sides and am now siding with your nanny.  If this is how you handle conflict then I am sure you are a lousy boss and mother all around so I am sure your nanny has other reasons for leaving the dishes for you.
