Her work place has backup kiddo care- so we are assuming that would be the first line of defense if a nanny is sick/can't cover. She's looking at paying 25-30 an hour. By our estimates it would be about 130K a year, once we are out of the newborn phase. It's a lot- no doubt. [/quote]
