Even if they were 45 hours is still 5 hours of overtime. You are also committing tax fraud by paying her $600 as you say "your pocket to hers". You need come up with a reasonable rate, withholding fica and pay your portion. It's clear you don't actual understand anything regarding employing a nanny.[/quote]
