and as I said before, if after 3 years she does not understand how to handle the stroller and stairs, this is absolutely not the first time this has happened. and I'm not one to shout fire the nanny or quit your job, but I'm really disappointed that parents would ignore this due to 3 years of what they THINK has been safe and diligent work by the nanny and the inconvenience of finding a new nanny [/quote]
