I think I would feel differently if my kids were infants, but for the first 5 years of their lives, they had the same nanny who was in her late 30s and was happy just doing baby and toddler stuff and happy she had a job that afforded her the ability to run some of her own errands while on the clock (which I didn't have a problem with either).[/quote]
