The issue is mismatched expectations. There is nothing inconsiderate about expecting you to work, even in snow. Adults meet their responsibilities and don't whine about weather or expect their employers to baby them under some guise of "regard for other people." Apparently, you are delicate and want to be off when there is snow. That's fine, just make sure you are upfront with any employers and get your paid snow days in your contract and leave out the whining about risking your life, which was absolutely a false concern in DC on Thursday and Friday.[/quote]
