I live in Chicago. These nannies are absurd, entitled brats. I go in to work with up to 4ft of snow. Parking is hard to fine where I live but guess what? I bring a shovel and find myself a past king space. I would never ask my employers to do so. Even if it were their driveway, I would do it myself or help if they insisted on clearing it themselves.

I had to shovel out my own STREET (thanks plows!) to get to work. I'm wondering what the reaction would have been if I had called the hospital and demanded that they send out a maintenance person to help my neighbors and I. [/quote]
