They are saying it is not nice of the potential MB to deliberately create a childcare problem for another MB. The blame here is on the poaching MB not on the nanny. And FWIW I agree that poaching is bad. I also think many companies would agree - if they found out someone was actively trying to recruit one of their staff they would not be thrilled about it.
