I said majority of Chicagoans who LIVE in the CITY are either in the Loop, River North, Old Town, Lakeshore East, etc. Of course many wealthy Chicagoans ( and non-Chicagoans) live in the suburbs ( mostly the North Shore), where parking space is plenty. We are talking about in the city, not the suburbs. Therefore parking is hard to obtain unless you pay a high price. I'm born and raised in the city. I know what I'm talking about. [/quote]
