I think it comes down to the way in which your nanny teaches them manners.  If she does it kindly and makes it pleasant and fun I don't see a problem.  If she is super strict, never smiles, doesn't try to make chores like cleaning up fun, I could see why you wouldn't like it and I would probably move on to another nanny.[/quote]
