Could be because I do a lot driving and families I typically work for have a hard time finding a nanny with their own reliable vehicle who's comfortable with driving, i dont't know. Also, I use a tax calculator so it helps figuring out the figures for gross and net $. I will now negotiate gross rates moving forward! [/quote]
