Also, I agree w/ the other poster that advanced education (masters) won't impact whether I'd hire you. I value experience over advanced degrees in a nanny. You need some more experience to command the rates and ability to dictate your terms OP, at least in my market (just outside DC). You're too expensive and choosy for me to select you over the many, many extremely qualified, experienced and capable applicants I would get for a job at a rate where your net would be anywhere around $18/hr.[/quote]
