[/quote] She will have been with you 16 months in December. Last year, she would have been with you only 4 months, or 1/3 the year. Did you give her a gift last year? If so, I would just give her a one year's bonus. Pay her the raise separately after giving her a performance review, which should occur soon if you haven't done one yet. [/quote]
