Best wishes![/quote] +1 as a MB, I agree. I would interview a SAHM, but would expect that she would've taken CPR and first aid as the very basic level of training for a childcare position. I would also view her more favorably if she demonstrated continuing Ed courses she was taking, looking to take, etc. doesn't have to be an associates degree or certificate program, but something to demonstrate that she is viewing this as a serious career and is open to learning new ways of doing things. I know balancing work and courses is hard, have you checked out online schools/courses? Good luck!![/quote]
